The United Sports Youth League hosted it’s 6th annual 2011 Youth Flag Football U-Tournament on Saturday Nov 26th.
Teams travel throughout the East Cost to compete and test there skills level and be crown champions. Some teams travel from Pennsylvania , Long Island, New Jersey. We also had good amount of teams in the tri-state area. We had good amount of teams in each age bracket and expect to have more at our next tournament.
In the 9-11 Coed division there were 8 teams that competed in 2 pool. The finals had Dac Marksmen vs BX Saints . The game was close but DAC with there experience and determination to leave with a title defeated BX Saints 26-14.

In the 12-14 boys division there were 10 teams that competed in 2 pools. The finals were North Penn vs SI Lions . Both teams went underdefeated in there pool. Unfortunetly North Penn was just to strong for SI Lions and North Penn capture it’s second straight U-Tournament Title. They defeated SI Lions 34-18

Now for our popular 15-17yr old boys. There were 10 teams battle in 2pool bracket. The finalist were the BX Cowboys vs first time in the Dyker Knights Panthers. The Cowboys had advantage since this was there second time in 4yrs making it to the chip game. They defeated the Dyker Knights Panthers 36-8.
